Nephilum Distribution pitches your music to editorial curators that manage organic playlists on Spotify, Apple Music, and other DSPs. Requests for pitching must be submitted at least 3 weeks before the release date.
DSP editorial curators have to go through countless playlist submissions every day, so the earlier you pitch, the better your chance of getting heard.
Please note, you can only submit one track per release. This is to limit the number of artists pitching their music at any one given time, so editorial teams can give every artist a chance. So, if you’re releasing an album or EP, you have to select the track which is mostly likely to be selected by playlist curators.
Here are a couple of key things to remember when pitching for playlists. You can only pitch music that hasn’t been released yet. Once your music has been uploaded to Nephilum Distribution and delivered to DSPs, it will be available in your Spotify for Artists upcoming releases. You can’t pitch compilation songs or songs where you’re a featured artist. Currently, you only can pitch songs where you’re the lead artist.
It's best to upload to Nephilum Distribution with plenty of time to pitch early.
